Is there a call-out fee?
No. Coming out to you costs nothing, and if we can't open the door or fix the lock, you don't pay.
Do you charge more at night or at weekends?
No. It's the same price at 3am on a Sunday as at noon on a Tuesday, bank holidays included.
Why is it 'from £40' and not a fixed price?
Most lockouts are the simple job at the starting price. Some doors have a second lock or a lock that has to be replaced, so the locksmith confirms the price at the door, before he starts. You can say no and pay nothing.
Will you have to drill my lock?
Usually not. We always try non-destructive entry first. If a lock really has to be drilled and replaced, you hear the price before it's done.
How fast can a locksmith get to me?
Usually in 10 to 15 minutes. When you call we tell you straight away whether someone is free near you.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, our work is guaranteed for 12 months. If something we fitted or repaired isn't right, we come back and put it right.
Are your locksmiths insured?
Yes, every locksmith we send is insured.
