Privacy
This page explains what happens to your information when you call Locksmith247 or use this website.
Who is responsible
[company name and address to be added before launch]
What we collect
When you call, we take your name, phone number, the address where you need a locksmith and a short description of the problem. Calls are answered by an automated assistant and recorded, so the job is passed on correctly. If you ask for an invoice by email, we keep your email address.
Why
To send a locksmith, agree the price, take payment and give you an invoice. We keep invoices for as long as UK tax law requires; call recordings and notes are deleted after 12 months unless there is a complaint or a claim.
Who we share it with
The locksmith who does the job, our telephone, payment and hosting providers, and nobody else. We never sell your data.
This website
The site may use Google's advertising tag to count calls from our ads. It does not use your data for anything else.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
